How to buy a Gift Pack

 

How it works.... 

When you are ready to purchase your plot of land at Lilford either as a gift or for yourself, click below and once through the checkout you will receive an email with an initial gift pack, and be provided with a unique key/code which can be used to register ownership details of the Squire title and required plot of land.

The unique key/code can be used either by the purchaser of the gift pack to register themself as the owner of the Squire title and required plot of land, or in the event of a gift to another person, the receiver of the gift can register themself as the owner of the Squire title and required plot of land.

This can all be done on our Lilford Squire website where one can select an individual plot of land, download the Coat of Arms, print customised Certificates, register the actual plot with the Land Registry, view the choosen plot on a map, and more...      

A full gift pack will then be posted after ownership details have been registered on our Lilford Squire website.

Features of the gift pack:

  • A fully transferable 12" x 12" freehold plot of Lilford Estate land.
  • A Certificate of Ownership for the land.
  • Use of the title "SQUIRE LILFORD" together with its Certificate of Entitlement.
